Real Life Super Heroes

This could either be my worst nightmare (cosplayers running amok being silly with their costumes) or the best thing ever! Either way, let us introduce you to Master Legend if you haven't heard of him yet. Joshua Bearman wrote an article for Rollingstone last month about these crime fighting feel good South Florida vigilantes.

Master Legend and his side kick The Ace ride around in their Battle Truck patrolling the streets from evil. A friend and I talked about this article and thought that it would actually be fun to do what they do but our conclusion was "we like girls". Their wives left them because a life of crime fighting was too much for their relationship. Or maybe it was really just their plastic armor and red tights that kind of put a damper in their domestic and social life.

Life is hard for these super heroes and there's not just these two who are donning masks and aliases. There are actually plenty more of them out there spread out kick ass in the name of freedom.
