On the eve of the inauguration, on the rougher side of town, far away from the black tie events and secret service details, a different kind of history was being made. At Club Love, at the Belvedere Inaugural Ball, Young Hova was about to make his inaugural address. It was around 2am. T.I. had performed earlier, Akon had just left the stage, and Young Jeezy had just taken the stage.
