De Monsters is kind of like Punk'd meets Fosters home for Imaginary Friends. These shorts air as interstitials 3 times a week on a Belgian comedy show called “Man Bijt Hond" (Man Bites Dog). Since January animation house Volstok Telefunkten have produced over 90 of these monster clips. You can see all the clips here.
